ESO's products have been a leader in the EMS industry. With an eye on moving to include hospital administrators in the healthcare ecosystem as they see it, the goal was to create a visual presence which would be attractive to that environment without alienating the current customer base. After developing a positioning strategy which is about enriching the patient-provider relationship, we created an identity which spoke to the core values of the brand: ESO brings together stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem via a network of information. This encourages a collaborative process which allows for improved patient care.
